Policies for ordering musicAt Music Arrangement Services, we want you to be a satisfied customer. In order to ensure that your order is handled smoothly from beginning to end, please note the following:
If payment will be sent by a Booster Organization or by direct school funds (which do NOT require a purchase order), we will gladly send your music as soon as we receive your payment.
If you are purchasing music with a school purchase order, we must have a copy of that purchase order on file before music can be sent. We will gladly accept purchase orders by fax. We appreciate you giving us a reasonable expectation of when payment will be made. Once we have received your purchase order, we can send out your order. Rush Order / Rush ShippingWe are currently able to email scores to most directors. This enables you to get the scores you need in an instant. They are sent in 'PDF' form, so you must have Adobe Acrabat to open the music files. Just like a regular order, we must have your payment or purchase order on file. There is no extra charge for rushing orders by email. (Please note that due to some security software programs, your server may not accept the attached scores.)
