M A S Policy on Sharing
Arrangements...
Although we are flattered that the arrangements work for
your show choir, we also must remain within copyright laws. When
you purchase an arrangement, permission is granted by the license
holder for YOUR SCHOOL ONLY to use the arrangement. Even
giving the music to another school is a violation of copyright
law.
If we receive positive proof that a school is using our
material and they did not purchase it from us, Music Arrangement
Services reserves the right to do any of the
following:
- Bill full price plus charges to the school who
received the music
- Report the school who shared the music to the
license holder(s) and/or
- Completely terminate business relations with the
DIRECTOR (not the school) who shared the arrangement.
